About the Role
As a Planning Consultant in you will be part of a global team designing and developing models in any of the integrated planning platforms for our Fortune 500 customers. You will be providing planning as a service in the areas of Enterprise Performance Management, Sales Planning, Supply Chain Planning to our clients across various industry verticals to increase their business value, agility and most importantly resilience.
You will leverage your education, continuous learning and professional experience to apply advanced planning concepts to architect and implement targeted solutions and implementations. You will follow standard practices and procedures applicable in your area of work to complete your task/deliverable with high quality under limited supervision.
Your passion for conceptualizing, designing and building planning models and your ability to ask the right questions, apply analytical skills, technical skills and reliably complete your deliverable with high quality. Your demonstrated ability to consistently achieve this while continuing to improve your knowledge and skills will define success for your role.
Requirements
Years of experience: 5+ Years
Educational qualification: Bachelor’s Degree / Master's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or Statistics Or MBA, CA, ICWA
Skills:
Good subject knowledge in one or more of the following planning functional areas
Financial Planning & Analysis
Sales Planning
Supply Chain Planning
Understanding clients’ business processes and business requirements
Translate user requirements into functional requirements and use cases
Design and build application models in Anaplan (or other planning platforms like SAP-IBP, Hyperion, OneStream, Jedox, Workday-Adaptive, O9, BlueYonder etc.)Â to support business processes
Transform and implement multi-dimensional structures to support business processes
Implement high quality code using best practices
Work on sales pursuits and help in building proof-of-concept models.
Monitor data flows to and from clients’ systems to ensure all data is up-to-date and accurate
Provide hands-on training to end users on financial planning models and processes
Define and administer user roles and permissions
Ability to Work individually or lead a small group
Remote working - Communicate effectively with global customers and Internal Teams
Manage time effectively to deliver the requirements before the deadlines
